AVP Jet Cutters are designed for cutting of various materials (metal, stone, glass, hard plastics, gaskets, insulation materials, rubber and foam materials ...). Two cutting technologies are used: pure water jet for cutting softer materials and abrasive water jet for cutting harder materials. The cutter consists of a linear XYZ axes system for movements that lead cutting head, water tank with supporting grid for the material to be cut, high pressure pump, delivery and dosing system for the abrasive, cutting head and CNC control.
CNC controller provides control over all parameters of the cutting, guiding of the cutting head on the most complex contours, job interrupt and restart on the cotour, going backward on the contour ...
The system is supported by CAD / CAM software with next features:
- Automatic plate Plate management database and remnant plate managment
